I hope this scuba breath don't destroy the beautiful essence of spearfishing

I will be tempted to use it one day but definetly not fo spearfishing. Triton Oxygen Mask For Diving. It is a very convenient oxygen respirator concept that allows us to breathe under water for a long time by simply biting it. It also does not require the skill of breathing in and out while biting mouthpiece like conventional respirator.

  • Triton uses a new technology of artificial gill model.
  • It extracts oxygen under water through a filter in the form of fine threads with holes smaller than water molecules.
  • This is a technology developed by a Korean scientist that allows us to freely breathe under water for a long time.
  • Using a very small but powerful micro compressor, it compresses oxygen and stores the extracted oxygen in storage tank.
  • The micro compressor operates through micro battery.
  • The micro battery is a next-generation technology with a size 30 times smaller than current battery that can quickly charge 1,000 times faster.

Triton is a 2013 sadi product innovation studio project.

Indra West Sumbawa ocean hunter

Indra was born in Lombok –neighboring island of Bali. He has been freediving since 1997. He learned spear-fishing and freediving from his cousin in Lombok. He stopped spear-fishing from 1999 to 2000, when he took a job in the “Blue Coral Diving” company. He started spear-fishing again in 2001 until now.

In addition to spear-fishing, he loves hunting. He hunts wild boars and deer in the island of Sumbawa. But his passion is scuba diving in the ocean. He went through many amazing experiences in the ocean. He was pulled away by a current and had to swim for a long time until he reached the shore. When he could finally see land, his only option was to climb a cliff for safety. Although already exhausted, he decided to climb the cliff and then had to walk several miles to reach home.

Another amazing experience was when his boat sank! He was spear-fishing and surfing with his friends and few guests when their boat started sinking and they could do nothing about it. Since there was no way anybody could rescue them, they had to swim 3.2 km to reach the shore.

Indra is a real personage in Sumbawa. Everyone in the island knows him and appreciates his kindness and help. His favorite fish is the Spanish mackerel and his biggest catch was a giant trevally. He is the best resource person when it comes to reliable experience in Sumbawa. So when you visit Sumbawa and wish to do spear-fishing or need knowledge and relevant skills to visit this island, look for Indra, you will be in good hands!

The next day we were  bless with a good weather until new year eve which help us with a good catch A variety of different seafood. We cought enough fish to bring home, mud crab, squid, and lobster.
